By accessing or using iPEC Coach Connect, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Description of Service

iPEC Coach Connect is a marketplace platform that connects iPEC-certified coaches with clients seeking coaching services. We facilitate bookings and payments but are not responsible for the coaching services themselves.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Coach Requirements

Coaches must:

• Be iPEC-certified and provide proof of certification
• Maintain active professional liability insurance
• Comply with iPEC's code of ethics
• Provide accurate information about their services
• Honor bookings and maintain professional standards

5. Payments and Fees

For Clients: Payment is due at the time of booking. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

For Coaches: Monthly subscription fee of $79/month. Platform fee of 15% on each booking. Payments are processed through Stripe Connect.

6. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel bookings up to 24 hours before the scheduled session for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to the coach's cancellation policy.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Attempt to circumvent our payment system
• Use the platform for any unauthorized purpose

8. Limitation of Liability

iPEC Coach Connect is a platform that facilitates connections between coaches and clients. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of coaching services provided. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the platform.
