Yes! You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your session for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to the coach's cancellation policy.
Yes! Every coach on our platform is iPEC-certified and has been verified by our team. You can view each coach's certifications and credentials on their profile page.
Sign up for a coach account, complete your profile with your certifications and specialties, subscribe to our monthly plan ($79/month with 14-day free trial), and connect your bank account to receive payments. Once approved, you'll be visible to clients!
Payments are processed through Stripe and deposited directly into your bank account. We take a 15% platform fee on each booking, and you receive 85% of the session fee. Payouts are typically processed within 2-3 business days.
You have full control over your hourly rate and can adjust it at any time. You can also offer different rates for different session types or packages.
